1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between PT Jula Design House, trading as Jula (“Jula”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and the user of this website (“you”, “your”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website.
This website is owned and operated by PT Jula Design House, located in Bali, Indonesia.

2. Placing an Order & Payment
By submitting an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the products listed at the prices displayed.
Order Confirmation:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Jula.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent, which does not constitute final acceptance.
  • Jula may cancel or reject an order at any time prior to dispatch; any payment will be refunded.

Payment:

  • Payment is required when placing the order.
  • Accepted methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay (where available).
  • You warrant that you are an authorised user of the selected payment method.

Currency:

  • Orders are processed in USD (United States Dollars) currently unless otherwise stated.
  • Displayed converted currencies are for convenience only; your bank may apply its own exchange rate.

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. If an error in pricing occurs, Jula may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Fraud Prevention:
We may request identification, cancel orders, or block transactions if fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.


3. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
Jula ships worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges.
  • These costs are not included in item prices or shipping fees.
  • Jula is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery:
Delivery times are estimates only. Jula is not liable for delays outside its control.

4. Returns & Exchanges
All returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Customers should review the full Returns Policy for eligibility and procedures.

5. Faulty Products
If you believe you have received a faulty product:

  • Contact our team immediately upon receipt.
  • Provide photos of the fault for assessment.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • Jula will replace the item or refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

The following are not considered faults:

  • Wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions

6. Gift Cards

  • Valid only on the Jula website.
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • Valid for 3 years from purchase.
  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  • Refunds applied to gift-card purchases will be issued as store credit.

7. Store Credit

  • Issued to the account associated with the purchase email.
  • Valid for 6 months from issue.
  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • If used on a returned order, credit will be reissued.

8. Promotional Codes

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • Codes cannot be applied after purchase unless at Jula’s discretion.
  • Codes may have individual terms such as expiry dates or exclusions.

9. Welcome Codes
A welcome 15% off code is available to first-time newsletter subscribers:

  • Valid for full-price items only.
  • Expires 30 days after issue.

10. Website Security
Our website uses SSL encryption to secure transmitted data.
Jula does not store full credit card information; only the last four digits may be kept for verification.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Jula is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorised access unless due to our negligence.

Where a mandatory warranty applies, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.

12. Intellectual Property
All designs, product images, branding, graphics, and content are the property of Jula and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.

User-Generated Content:
If you tag or submit photos of Jula products:

  • You grant Jula a royalty-free licence to use the content for marketing.
  • You confirm you own the rights to the submitted content.

13. Website Availability
We aim to maintain website availability but may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime. Jula is not liable for any resulting issues or data loss.

14. Your Use of the Website
You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, breach security, or disrupt server operations.
  • Upload harmful code or interfere with the site.

Cookies may be used to personalise your shopping experience and facilitate advertising.

15. Privacy Policy

16. Termination
Jula may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if Terms are violated. If termination occurs before dispatch, payments will be refunded.

Jula is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, shipping disruptions, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
