In an effort to uphold our sustainable business operation model, we currently do not accept returns on purchases based on change of mind. JULA produces all items on a made-to-order basis. By adhering to these practices we aim to reduce overproduction and minimise excess apparel in the industry. We hope this encourages our customers to shop mindfully & wear pieces for seasons to come. If you purchase an item and are not happy with the item we offer the following options: 

  • Credit Note – valid for 6 months from the original order date.
  • Size Exchange – for the same style and print (subject to availability).    

 

To process your credit note or size exchange please : 

 

  • Email orders@shopjula.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and specify whether you would like a credit note or a size exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have original swing tags attached.
  • All returned items are inspected by our returns team.
  • Any noticeable marks or stains will be photographed.
  • If your item does not pass the returns process, we will contact you with next steps.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking.
  • JULA is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen return packages.
  • If your order arrives with any damage, stains, or defects, please email orders@shopjula.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include: A photo clearly showing the issue, and the visible swing tag on the garment.
