We use a variety of materials in each collection with fabrications varying with each season. All of our collections are made using natural fabrications and certified eco-fabrications where possible with these fabrics being shared in product descriptions. We are constantly reviewing our fabrics and are always trying to source top of the line fabric options that prioritize sustainability and the environment.
All items are hand-made. From checking fabrics to screen-printing to cut, make and sew to checking and packing. 1 item can go through 15 people's hands before it reaches you. Machines may be use for certain techniques such as karawang and knitting however these machines are all operated by hand.
We would advise to follow care intstructions on your garment. Each fabric requires a different method of washing however if in doubt we would advise to do a cold wash on delicate or if possible hand wash.
Yes, we make to order for each collection and season. We aim to continue best selling styles in upcoming seasons in different prints so that you can continually shop your favourite items.
Occassionally we will offer accessories in our collections to compliment our clothing line. These items are made to be mixed and matched in with your items or to be worn separately with your existing wardrobe.
We strive to use eco-friendly and sustainable fabrics in our collection. All fabric composition will be shared on your garment and in the description of the garment on our website. If you have any questions about materials please contact us.

If you receive your product and there is a defect in the item please send a photo to hello@shopjula.com to discuss return options. All returns must be made within 14 days from receiving your goods.
Yes an ethical work environment is one of our core brand values. All of our workers and our team are paid fairly, all religions and holidays are respected and all workers receive BPJS (local health insurance).
All items are designed and produced in Bali, Indonesia by our team. We are proudly female-owned and operated with 80% of our team being women.

We don’t offer installment options currently, but we may introduce them in the future.
Yes we do. The website should display in your local currency to make things easier for you however if it is is not, the currency showing should be USD. Worldwide payments are accepted.
Yes gift cards are accepted and can be purchased on our products page. Store credits are given on a case by case basis.

Made To Order
All of our pieces are made to order, meaning we create each item only once an order has been placed. For every collection, we print fabric in small, carefully managed quantities, allowing us to cut, sew, and finish garments as needed for our online store.
We require 3–5 business days to cut and sew all online orders. Please note that shipping time is additional, so be sure to factor this in if you need your item by a specific date.
One of our core values is minimizing unnecessary waste, and our made-to-order process ensures we only produce what is truly needed. Any surplus fabric from sampling or production runs is never discarded. Instead, it is repurposed for future samples, sold to other factories, or donated to car seat manufacturers for use as car seat stuffing. Our wholesale orders follow the same approach, reinforcing our sustainable business model that reduces fabric surplus and avoids overproduction.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please keep an eye out on shipping rates for your country and make sure to check for any additional customs and duty payments.

Returns & Exchange
If your item has a defect or issue we will need images to be sent to us to review your case. Once your case is reviewed we will provide you with shipping information for your return. Returns based on change of mind will be accepted for an instore credit only.
