We advise against using bleach or harsh detergents. Our items are best line-dried with a cool iron however can also be placed in a dryer on a gentle cycle.

In an effort to uphold our sustainable business operation model, we currently do not accept returns on purchases based on change of mind. JULA produces all items on a made-to-order basis. Credit Note – valid for 6 months from the original order date.
Size Exchange – for the same style and print (subject to availability).

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location.
Free shipping applies to all orders over $300 USD.
A flat shipping fee of $35 USD applies to all orders under $300 USD.
All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so please provide a valid street address.
