To care for your products and ensure these items are with you for years to come we suggest following our wash recommendations below:

Gentle wash - if you can, our items are best washed via hand or gentle machine wash. For handwashing please turn your items inside out, wash or soak and then hang to dry in the shade. For machine washing, choose a delicate or gentle cycle using cold water. Avoid hot water cycles.

We advise against using bleach or harsh detergents. Our items are best line-dried with a cool iron however can also be placed in a dryer on a gentle cycle.

Dry clean as necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

In an effort to uphold our sustainable business operation model, we currently do not accept returns on purchases based on change of mind. JULA produces all items on a made-to-order basis. By adhering to these practices we aim to reduce overproduction and minimise excess apparel in the industry. We hope this encourages our customers to shop mindfully & wear pieces for seasons to come. If you purchase an item and are not happy with the item we offer the following options: 

  • Credit Note – valid for 6 months from the original order date.
  • Size Exchange – for the same style and print (subject to availability).   
Shipping
  • All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. 
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location.                                                     
  • Free shipping applies to all orders over $300 USD.                                 
  • A flat shipping fee of $35 USD applies to all orders under $300 USD.
  • All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. 
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so please provide a valid street address.
